Problem statement

Create Easy to undersatnd dashboard for admin users.
reduce the complexity of the portal and present in such a way that it must look less complex

My role

  3. Plane Management: Developed an intuitive system for managing service plans and packages.
  4. Community: Designed a collaborative space for users to interact and seek support.
  5. Banner Management: Implemented tools for managing promotional banners and messages.
  6. Promotions: Designed a section for managing promotional campaigns and discounts.
  7. Category Management: Developed a flexible system for managing content and service categories.
  8. Insights: Created comprehensive analytics and reporting tools for tracking platform performance.

Research

I conducted extensive user research and collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand the needs and goals of super admins. Through iterative design processes, I focused on creating a clean and intuitive interface that streamlined complex workflows and enhanced user productivity.

conclusion

The Glocal Care X portal design received positive feedback from stakeholders and users alike. Super admins reported improved efficiency in managing the platform, while the intuitive interface contributed to a seamless user experience. The project contributed to GreatWell’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare and wellness solutions to its clients.
