Problem
The primary challenge was to develop a solution that streamlined the process of accessing and managing healthcare leads, which often involved sifting through large volumes of data from various sources. Additionally, there was a need to ensure that users could easily find and engage with relevant leads, as well as track their interactions and follow-up efforts effectively.

Did competitive research to set benchmark(standard) so we can stay ahead from our competitors.
Collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements and establish design objectives.
Developed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize the user interface and iteratively refine design concepts.
Implemented intuitive navigation and information architecture to facilitate seamless access to lead data.
Incorporated advanced search and filtering functionalities to enable users to quickly find and refine leads based on specific criteria.
Designed customer and company profiles with detailed contact information, communication history, and insights to support personalized outreach strategies.
Ensured consistency in design elements and adherence to usability best practices throughout the platform.
Worked closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of the UI/UX design.
Designed some data to be hidden so the data only be visible to premium user. Which help to generate revenue.
Solution
To tackle these challenges, I focused on designing a user-friendly dashboard and detailed customer and company profiles that provided comprehensive insights into healthcare leads while prioritizing ease of use and efficiency.
