Overview

HoloShiksha is an innovative e-learning platform designed to provide interactive and immersive educational experiences to students and colleges. As the tech lead and UI/UX designer, I led the development and design the responsive web app, ensuring seamless access to the platform across devices. My role

    • As the tech lead and UI/UX designer, I spearheaded the development and design of the HoloShiksha platform. My responsibilities included:
      • Designing the responsive web app  for colleges/schools and students, ensuring a seamless hybrid app experience.
      • Managing content delivery across platforms using AWS.
      • Designing the responsive UI/UX for mobile devices to optimize user experience.
      • Integrating payment gateway for seamless transactions.
      • Implementing role-based access control for teachers and students.
      • Developing an analytics tracking system to analyze usage and make data-driven decisions.

Research

During the development phase, extensive research was conducted to address various aspects of the project:
  • Conducted user persona development to understand the needs and preferences of teachers and students.
  • Organized focus group studies to gather feedback on existing e-learning platforms and identify pain points.
  • Conducted quantitative and qualitative research to analyze user behaviors and preferences.
  • Utilized card sorting techniques to optimize platform navigation and organization.
  • Conducted competitor analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.

problem we faced in development

Throughout the development process, several challenges were encountered:

  2. Difficulty in managing content delivery across platforms.
